The Academy of Management was founded by a group of dedicated scholars to represent and grow teaching and research of management scholarship. For decades, the Academy was solely volunteer run and our members dedicating their time and talents is still today the core of operations for the Academy. We thank our hundreds of members who make a contribution to the Academy in so many ways!

The #AOM2019 Career Services Center provides meeting attendees with the opportunity to have exclusive access to meet recruiters, search and apply for job postings, and request interviews with leading employers in the management industry.


  • Employers: In order to purchase an ad/table for the upcoming Annual Meeting, you must first create an employer account.

  • No one will be admitted into the interview space without annual meeting registration confirmation. Register for #AOM2019 to access the #AOM2019 Career Service Center, then choose an option below and follow the prompts to log into your #AOM2019 Career Services Center account.

  • The Academy of Management Career Center links individuals seeking employment with prospective employers. The Academy of Management is not the employing organization and does not control the practices of employing organizations. However, individuals participating in AOM Career Center activities - whether recruiting or job seeking - are subject to the Academy of Management's Code of Ethics.

To request an Annual Meeting attendance visa letter, visit your AOM Member Profile and click on the 'Annual Meeting Profile' tab, then choose "Registration Letter" or "Program Participation Letter" buttons.

The Academy of Management does NOT provide letters for guests. Additional detailed visa information is provided on our website.
